Visible Ambassador

You’ve built trust within your network. How do you build authority beyond it?

Your business has grown because you deliver exceptional results. Clients trust you, referrals bring in new business, and the impact of your work is undeniable to those who know you. But without visibility, even the best work goes unnoticed.

To reach the next level, you need to be seen beyond your immediate network. This means doubling revenue, expanding into new markets, and landing bigger clients.

I help CEOs like you turn their expertise into their company’s greatest marketing asset so the right people think of you first when it matters most.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • Too few people know how good your business is. You’ve relied on word of mouth so far, but you know referrals alone won’t get you where you want to go.
  • Your visibility is inconsistent. You’ve had media features and posts that did well but nothing that builds momentum or works as a system.
  • Competitors are getting noticed while your recognition stays behind closed doors. Respected leaders acknowledge your work privately, but it rarely turns into public visibility or new opportunities.
  • No one is responsible for telling your company's story. You have plenty of ideas, but without a clear owner, content and storytelling fall to the bottom of the list.
  • You’re stuck in a push model when you need to create pull. Right now, winning new business means constantly chasing opportunities instead of attracting them.
  • Expertise alone doesn’t get rewarded. The people who show up and tell their stories get the attention, and you know you need to start doing the same.

What if you could...

  • Become a natural ambassador for your industry, where your presence alone opens doors and creates opportunities.
  • Attract bigger opportunities instead of chasing them. The right people beyond your existing network would seek you out, knowing exactly what you bring to the table.
  • Become recognised as a leader in your industry. When major decisions are being made, your name is on the shortlist. Not just in private conversations but in public rankings, awards, and industry lists.
  • Have a clear, consistent presence in the market without having to personally drive it every time. No more sporadic bursts of content. You’d have a system that keeps you visible, relevant, and top of mind.
  • Build a brand that scales with you. Whether your goal is doubling revenue, expanding into new markets, or raising your profile, your visibility would match your ambitions.
  • Move from a push model to a pull model. Instead of constantly having to initiate conversations, the right clients and opportunities would come to you.
  • Make sure your best work defines your reputation. Your expertise would shape industry conversations, attract top-tier clients, and reinforce your leadership without you having to fight for recognition.

“Liam’s strength is to listen, research and then mirror back your story in a way that everyone can understand, helping you  create content that resonates.”

Who is this for?

  • You're leading a successful, growing business with a typical revenue of $5-15 million, operating at a level where the right external partner makes more sense than building an in-house marketing department.
  • Your company delivers exceptional work, but too few people know it. Inside your industry, you’re respected. Outside of it, you’re not top of mind when big decisions are being made.
  • You’ve relied on word of mouth, but that alone won’t get you where you want to go. Whether it’s landing bigger clients, expanding into new markets, or doubling revenue, you need a brand that scales with your ambitions.
  • You’ve dabbled in content, but without a clear strategy, it hasn’t translated into sustained visibility or inbound opportunities.
  • You see competitors getting recognised while your company stays in the background. You know your business should be leading industry conversations, not sitting on the sidelines.
  • You’ve had media features, awards, or high-profile opportunities, but it’s inconsistent. You want a strategy that builds momentum, not just one-off moments of recognition.
  • You recognise that you need to be the face of your company's story but don't have time to drive it alone. You need a structured approach that raises your profile and cements your company’s authority without it becoming your full-time job.

How it works

Everything starts with a 12-week Insight Incubator, a structured process to sharpen your positioning, define your story, and build a system that raises your visibility and influence over the next 12 months.

But you won't have to wait 12 weeks to see results. Early in the process, we'll identify key narratives and opportunities for visibility so you can start participating in the right conversations while we refine your long-term strategy.

This first phase is strategic. Our focus is on crafting your company’s story, building a system for consistent visibility, and making sure you’re seen by the right people.

At the end of the 12 weeks, you'll have a structured thought leadership strategy and a roadmap for execution.

Phase 1: The 12-Week Insight Incubator

  • Kickoff & Quick Wins – We start with a 2-hour strategy session to define your goals, audience, and positioning. You'll share existing material before this call so I can begin the deep audit process immediately.
  • Deep Audit & Beat Extraction – I systematically review your existing content, past interviews, media mentions, and internal company messaging to identify key themes and opportunities for stronger positioning.
  • Expansion & Deep Dive – We hold a 3-hour deep dive call where I ask questions to expand on the insights collected in the audit. We'll surface additional insight, themes, and strategic direction.
  • Refinement Session – After collecting beats from our deep dive call, we'll have a follow-up call to refine thoughts and clarify points that need additional consideration.
  • Idea Architecture & Narrative Positioning – I organise and synthesise all collected beats into a comprehensive idea architecture. I'll also develop a narrative positioning outline that succinctly summarises the strategic story these insights tell about your expertise.
  • Strategy Alignment – I'll present the idea architecture and narrative positioning for your feedback and refinement. We'll also discuss signature content opportunities that will best showcase your expertise.
  • Content Roadmap Development – I turn everything we collect into a structured strategy, mapping out what to publish, when, and how—so your content works harder for you without constant reinvention.
  • Final Deliverables – You'll receive a complete packaged content roadmap, structured idea architecture, and narrative positioning outline tailored to your goals.
Insight Incubator Process

Phase 2: Amplification and Execution

At the end of the Insight Incubator, you’ll have three options for executing your strategy:
  • Self-implementation - You take the final deliverables and implement the strategy on your own. Our engagement concludes at the end of the 12 weeks, with no further involvement from me. This works well if you have internal resources who just needed the strategic framework.
  • Work With an External Team - You use our completed strategy as a comprehensive brief for external partners (agencies or freelancers). You hire these providers to execute the plan without my continued involvement. Our engagement concludes after the 12-week Incubator.
  • Ongoing Strategic Partnership - We continue working together through one of my monthly advisory packages. I provide strategic guidance, content reviews, and refinements as you implement the strategy, ensuring maximum impact and continued alignment with your goals.

“Liam's a gold pan. A tool used by those of us seeking treasure in our expertise. We run our thoughts and ideas through the gold pan and the sediment and debris pass through the pan, leaving nothing but the gold. ”

Authority on Sales Leadership

What This Means for You

  • No longer being the best-kept secret. You’ll be positioned as a leader in your industry, recognised beyond your immediate network.
  • No more inconsistent visibility. Your presence will be systematic, building long-term authority instead of one-off appearances.
  • No more missed opportunities. You’ll be in the conversations that matter, shaping how your industry sees you.
  • No extra work for you. You show up for the calls, I do everything else.

What happens next?

If you’re ready to turn your expertise into your company’s greatest marketing asset, the next step is simple: book a discovery call.

We’ll discuss your goals, how the 12-week Insight Incubator works, and what the right approach looks like for you. Pricing and terms will be covered on the call.

Word of mouth has taken your business this far. But accessing bigger opportunities requires becoming visible beyond your network. Your expertise could be your company's greatest asset. If you're ready to put it to work, let's talk.

“What surprised me working with Liam was the depth of content that we produced. A homogeneous series of articles that work well end to end. I’ve never produced that. Often what I produce is quite fragmented or bitty.”
